The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Lead with values-driven leadership, investing in individuals to help them reach their potential
* Participate in strategic decision-making to ensure sustainable growth
* Manage using a coaching and collaborative style to meet targets
* Build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Support clients in enhancing the environmental performance of their developments
* Contribute to developing a robust project pipeline
* Assist in marketing and advertising efforts
* Collaborate closely with Scheduling, Resourcing, and other Team Leaders

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Candidates should have:
* Over 15 years of experience in the construction industry (e.g., surveying, sustainability consultancy, architecture, planning, construction, M&E)
* Over 15 years of client-facing experience
* A Bachelor’s/Honors degree and Chartered Engineer status
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Initiative, attention to detail, and drive
* An outgoing personality with strong communication skills and a good sense of humor
The position is full-time, based in central Guildford, Surrey. Salary will depend on experience and ability.
