Resolve customer complaints effectively and to their satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and logistics. Manage customer orders from creation to on-time delivery. Log, assess, and resolve service issues, raising RMA/Replacement orders as necessary. Provide reception cover in the absence of the Showroom Host. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all issues are updated consistently.Skills: Strong customer service skills, ideally within the manufacturing sector. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Proficient in handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.
