What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and installing bespoke AV and production lighting systems.
* Commissioning high-spec lighting rigs and delivering them to an exceptional standard.
* Installing and configuring AV networks (audio, video, and control systems).
* Reading and interpreting schematics to bring technical designs to life.
* Using tools and your hands-on expertise to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
* Training clients and end-users at handover to ensure smooth operation.
* Collaborating with venues, performers, and engineers to create seamless technical experiences.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in production lighting or related AV engineering.
* Strong knowledge of DMX, ArtNet, sACN, and modern lighting control systems.
* Confident with Unistrut, rigging, wall/mount fixings, and safe installation techniques.
* Comfortable with AV networking standards and troubleshooting.
* Able to interpret technical schematics and drawings with ease.
* A safe pair of hands with hand tools and power tools.
* Sharp problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
* Good communicator with a can-do attitude and team spirit.
