Primary Teacher – Bledlow
Location: Bledlow, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available
Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 per annum (MPS/UPS, pro rata for part-time)
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a supportive school environment? We are delighted to be working with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Bledlow, seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
This role is ideal for a committed teacher who is eager to inspire young learners and make a genuine impact across the primary age range.
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum, creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom where all pupils feel valued and supported. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan creative lessons that develop pupils’ academic, social, and emotional skills while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a creative and reflective practitioner with strong classroom practice
Demonstrate a nurturing and positive approach to behaviour management
Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to pupil progress
Show passion for supporting children’s wellbeing and development
Be an effective communicator with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
