Senior Support Worker – Redmond House, Corby
Base pay: £13.34 up to £14.84 per hour with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply).
Typical shifts: Mon‑Sun 7:30 am‑2:30 pm and 2:30 pm‑9:30 pm.
Location: Town Corby. UK driver’s licence required.

You will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the manager with day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. Your duties may include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring that the people we support can manage their finances.

We’re looking for Senior Support Workers who have previous experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
