We are offering an exciting field-based position within Lambert’s Healthcare’s friendly Sales Team to help drive our mission of providing products of superior quality and value that improve consumers' lives. Our principles are rooted in integrity, respect, and doing what is right for the long term.
Note: This role covers Southampton, Portsmouth, Guildford, Brighton, Bournemouth, and Reading. No relocation package is available; candidates should reside in or near Southampton, Portsmouth, or Guildford for easy access to the territory.
What You Will Do
Leverage your sales skills and interest in nutrition to engage with independent pharmacies, health food stores, and healthcare practitioners. Your goal will be to drive sales, foster recommendations, and build loyalty for the Lamberts professional supplement range.
Key Responsibilities
* Territory Management: Own your territory’s performance, acquire new pharmacy customers, and sell our professional products through a relationship-based, consultative approach.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales goals by gaining new business, enhancing brand visibility, and providing product training.
* In-Store Merchandising: Implement strategies to make the Lamberts brand stand out and assist customers in product selection.
* Customer-Centric Leadership: Understand and meet customer needs, developing product knowledge and technical support skills.
* Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to improve product recommendations and understanding.
* Planning & Organisation: Plan call cycles and route efficiently to maximize territory coverage.
* Compliance: Follow company standards and reporting requirements.
* Customer Support: Resolve issues proactively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
* Events Participation: Represent Lamberts Healthcare at trade shows, seminars, and conferences (~4 times/year).
* Brand Advocacy: Promote Lamberts Healthcare with integrity across channels.

Qualifications
We seek proactive sales professionals with leadership qualities, strong relationship-building skills, and operational discipline. Ideal candidates will have:
* Proven sales success with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or health food sectors, or relevant qualifications in nutrition or sciences.
* Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and autonomy.
* Excellent communication and digital literacy (Microsoft Office, Teams; Power BI is a plus).
* Flexibility for travel within the UK.
* A valid UK driving license.
