Home Care Assistant
- Based in Rotherham
- Hours: 6am-2pm & 3pm-10pm
- Areas Covered: Rotherham, Kimberworth, Wickersley, Swallownest and surrounding areas
- No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
Your Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in Rotherham to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting medication and meal preparation
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Qualification Requirements
- Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
- A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail and customer service backgrounds
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Right to work in the UK. Cannot currently accept applications from individuals requiring a Tier 2 sponsorship certificate.
