The role
As Engineering Supervisor, you will lead our engineering team to ensure the safety and efficient operation of all plant, equipment, and services across the hotel. Youll respond to maintenance requests, uphold safety standards, and support guest satisfaction through proactive facilities management. You will support the Engineering Manager to lead the function, working with contractors and will focus on guest experience, ensuring your KPIs are a priority and shared amongst the team.This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week on a shift rota basis, to include weekends.
About you:
Were looking for someone with:
Proven experience in engineering or maintenance (hospitality preferred)
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plumbing & Heating
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergencies
