Role
School Partnership Manager (Permanent, 37 hours per week). The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to expand access to White Rose Education's world-class educational resources.
Responsibilities
* Expand White Rose Education's reach by ensuring schools have access to our educational resources.
* Actively build relationships with schools worldwide, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their educational offerings.
* Work as part of a team to drive growth and impact in the education sector.
Key accountabilities
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential schools and educational institutions; develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business leads.
* Sales and Account Management: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to school administrators and decision-makers; manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services and provide training and support to schools on effective use of resources.
* Negotiation and Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
Requirements and profile
The role would suit a teacher or ex-teacher expanding their skill set, someone with sales or marketing experience, or someone with relevant customer service experience looking to enter the education sector. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities with tact and discretion.
