Your Role
* Lead requirements gathering and support solution design for projects or workstreams.
* Provide innovative recommendations to support effective delivery of business needs.
* Collaborate with project teams to deliver agreed roadmaps and align delivery timelines.
* Ensure adherence to governance processes and alignment with wider business strategy.
* Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfil their needs throughout the change lifecycle.
* Communicate project requirements, changes, and testing outcomes clearly and effectively.
* Build strong relationships with users, clients, developers, and management.
* Apply sound judgment to assess situations and recommend actionable solutions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate options and determine project viability.
* Act as a trusted advisor to both management and development teams.
* Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements, the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal policies and standards.
Your Profile
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources and present actionable insights.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and influencing.
* Solid understanding of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
* Knowledge of lifecycle management and cloud-based applications.
* Familiarity with data transfer mechanisms and APIs.
* Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge of SQL.
* Understanding of financial regulations and interest in banking.
* Experience with payment technologies and the payments industry.
