About this role:
We are supporting a global technology organisation in the search for an Account Executive for International Markets. This is a high‑growth, commercially focused role responsible for driving new business across the UK, wider Europe, and additional international regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, presenting software and service solutions, and building a strong pipeline across multiple markets. The European operation is in an early growth phase, so this role suits someone who thrives in a start‑up style environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and is motivated by building a market rather than inheriting one.
You will work closely with global marketing, sales development, and technical teams, with regular collaboration across time zones and international travel requirements.
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B software and/or professional services sales
• Experience in digital accessibility, assistive technology, SaaS, or people/professional services (highly desirable)
• Understanding of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) or willingness to learn quickly
• Proven track record as a quota‑carrying salesperson, with experience managing at least a $1m annual target
• Experience managing multiple transactions per month, typically between $50k–$100k+
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches and handle objections
• Highly organised with strong pipeline management and analytical skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a developing market with minimal structure
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (preferred)
• Ability to learn technical concepts and present strategic solutions effectively
• Willingness to travel internationally mainly Western Europe (approx. 40%)
• Degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent experience advantageous
