In need of a virtual assistant mainly as a property manager for short term rental. This is a 12 hour shift 7 days/week position. Work is remote and can be handled with a smartphone. Must be fluent in English. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Respond to guest inquiries promptly via Airbnb/VRBO and messaging platforms
Handle pre-booking questions and screening
Coordinate check-in/check-out communication
Conduct guest follow-up calls when necessary
Manage guest issues, complaints, and resolution professionally
Maintain 5-star guest experience standards
Schedule and confirm cleanings between guest stays
Ensure cleaners follow turnover checklists
Verify property readiness before guest arrival
Track inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)
Address cleaning quality concerns immediately
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
