The Role
:
As a Room Leader, you will oversee and enhance the operations of a dedicated room within the legal firm, ensuring high standards of client service and team management.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent physical, emotional, social, and intellectual support to children within the facility.
2. Manage a team of staff to maintain and elevate the quality of the environment for clients.
3. Facilitate the training and development of staff within the department.
4. Collaborate with external agencies to improve practices and advance children's learning.
5. Coordinate daily with the manager on issues related to children, parents, safety, and conflicts, ensuring confidentiality.
6. Establish and uphold strong partnerships with clients to effectively meet their needs.
7. Implement and adhere to the firm’s core values and operational standards.
Requirements:
8. Previously worked as a Room Leader in a similar role.
9. Proven experience in leading a team within an early year setting.
10. Background working with children.
11. Possess Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
12. Understanding of legislation relevant to Early Years such as EYFS, SEN, safeguarding, Childcare Act .
13. Hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
14. Enhanced DBS check.
15. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a nursery setting would be desirable.
16. Foundation degree would be desirable.
