We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our team in Campsie. We currently have an opportunity for a Production Trainer to join our team.

About the Role
7. This role is responsible for completing all new employee Production training plus on-going refresher training as required.
8. It will involve the organising and maintaining of the Production training centre, with structured training plans devised for forthcoming week/month. Including the documentation of all training presentations and training records.
9. Updating and maintaining team- member’s competency matrices for all Production areas to in line with skill levels for various pay bands.
10. Complete Technical Hydraulic Training for Team-Members including but not limited to aspects of the Hydraulic Safety Roadmap.
11. Upskilling and training team members on the use and maintenance of tools.
12. Complete on the job training to individuals setting up crushers on the production line
13. Assist with interviewing new applicants when required and assess their basic mechanical / hydraulic training.
14. Complete and support training audits when required.
15. Ad hoc tasks as required by the Quality manager to support Business needs and requirements.

16. Previous knowledge / experience working in a Manufacturing environment
17. Previous Training Experience
18. Good attention to detail
19. Ability to work on own initiative
20. Excellent Computer Skills
21. Good teamwork and communication skills
22. Machine/industry knowledge would be advantageous
