Pay: £21 - £23 per hour (LTD)

We’re working with a large, reputable fleet company in Coalville that’s looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy team on a contract basis. This role falls outside IR35 and pays £21 - £23 per hour LTD, depending on experience.
🔧 The Role:
*
Prepping, priming, and spraying panels and full vehicles
*
Working with various paint systems (water and solvent-based)
*
Achieving high-quality finishes on commercial and fleet vehicles
*
Operating in a fast-paced bodyshop with excellent facilities
✅ Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
*
Own spray guns and relevant tools
*
Ability to deliver high-quality work independently
*
Ready to hit the ground running
