Your work will directly impact the quality of service by embedding best practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in quality assurance, conducting call reviews and identifying areas for development, helping operational teams maintain high standards.Beyond internal training, you’ll collaborate with contractors and supply chain managers to ensure external partners understand expectations and processes, fostering smooth and effective partnerships. Your influence will extend across teams, promoting consistency and cross-functional learning, while acting as a trusted knowledge resource for the subsidence division.This role is ideal for someone with experience in household property damage insurance claims and a background in training, coaching, or mentoring.
