At CTE Advanced Technologies, we create high-quality precision components for some of the UK’s leading motorsport and engineering brands. We’re looking for a talented Machine Shop Supervisor to join our friendly team in Aylesbury.
Responsibilities
* Operate and run our 3 & 5 Axis CNC Mills.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Ensure top-quality output and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with colleagues to solve challenges and improve processes, whilst leading the machining department at CTE.

Requirements
* Experience in precision CNC Milling, including the ability to program using Hypermill.
* Ability to work to tight tolerances.
