Key Responsibilities Opening new files and managing instructions using the case management system.
Drafting and issuing correspondence, contracts, and legal documents.
Assisting with replies to enquiries and ordering property searches.
Managing exchanges, preparing completion statements, and coordinating completions.
Preparing mortgage reports and maintaining clear client communication.
Providing administrative support including filing, billing, photocopying, and archiving.
About You Minimum 12 months experience in a conveyancing role (sales and purchases).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client care abilities.
