Recruitment Assistant / Administrator
Location: Leeds (with one week of training in Glasgow)
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (45-minute lunch break)
Holidays: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Assistant / Administrator to join our team in Leeds. The role is fast-paced and varied, with around 80% of your time focused on recruitment and the rest supporting office administration.
Please note: Successful candidates must be available for one week of training in Glasgow before starting in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and conduct phone, group, and one-to-one interviews
* Manage the full onboarding process for new hires
* Provide administrative support and assist with daily office tasks
* Maintain and update company social media channels
* Act as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries
* Support recruitment campaigns and projects
