Unit Operator - Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (rotating shifts)
Salary: £26,543.51 + shift allowance + excellent benefits

What You'll Be Doing
* Inspect, label, and pack finished products to the highest standards
* Monitor stock levels and resolve any discrepancies
* Work within a controlled, sterile environment following strict PPE and hygiene protocols
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
Shift Pattern
* Week 1: 6am - 2pm (Mon-Fri)
* Week 2: 1pm - 9pm (Mon-Thu) & 11am - 7pm (Fri)
What We're Looking For
* A detail-focused, positive attitude and commitment to high standards
* Ability to work independently and adapt to rotating shifts
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical or hospital settings is an advantage
* (Please note: due to the sterile nature of the role, we cannot employ anyone with ongoing skin conditions.)
