They supply Tier 1 construction companies, roofing contractors, and the solar industry with unique, high-performance products that solve complex issues like waterproofing riser penetrations and structural fixings.
We are looking for a technically skilled and highly organised individual to join the Research and Development team.
This full-time, on-premises role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and a passion for product development.
You will lead and support projects through the entire R&D lifecycle-from concept to launch-ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and manufacturing capabilities.
Conducting market and technical research to identify new opportunities
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources
Supporting quality assurance and product reliability efforts
We're looking for someone with a solid foundation in engineering and a proven track record in R&D within the construction product sector.
Strong understanding of the built environment and building envelope
Engineering qualifications and experience with sheet metals
Excellent project management and organisational skills
A detail-oriented mindset and a passion for research
GCSE/A-Level passes in English and Mathematics
Roof waterproofing product manufacturing (not contracting)
