Service Advisor – Stockport Kia
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 42 hours weekly (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with one early finish per week and Saturdays 8am to 2pm on a rota basis)
Salary: OTE up to £35,000 (uncapped) with a basic of £29,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
* Advise customers about warranty coverage and upsell additional parts or accessories that benefit them
* Liaise with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
* Manage a high volume of daily customers, telephone calls, and online booking queries
* Inform customers of turnaround times and ensure effective communication while their vehicle is in the workshop
* Maintain accurate customer records and update the system for all bookings
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer‑centric mindset.
Advantage: familiarity with Kerridge / ADP or other essential dealer systems.
