A well-established global business is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to support day-to-day IT operations across incident management, end-user support, and laptop set-up.
This is a highly practical, onsite role suited to someone comfortable working across hardware, user support, and core IT troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Incident management and ticket resolution
* Laptop builds, set-up, and deployment
* Hands-on IT support across hardware and end-user issues
* General IT technician / desktop support tasks
* Support across Azure and Google environments
Desired Skills:
* IT support / desktop support experience
* Strong hands-on hardware and laptop provisioning experience
* Incident management / service desk support
* Microsoft Azure exposure
* Google Workspace / Google environment support
Key Information:
* Up to £250 per day Outside IR35
* Leeds – onsite 5 days per week
* 6 months (rolling)
* One stage Interview taking place Wednesday (onsite)
