Role Overview
An opportunity has presented itself to lead our Physical Education team. We are looking for a candidate who is excited about teaching students who are enthusiastic about their career aspirations.
Responsibilities
* To be accountable for the planning, development, monitoring and evaluation of KS4 provision in PE.
* To teach to a very high standard to both KS3 and KS4 where required.
* To be accountable for high standards of learning, student progress, attainment and provide support and challenge for students.
* You will, together with the team, contribute to an innovative curriculum that delivers student-centred outcomes.
* Inspire a passion for PE that engages and motivates students.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in PE teaching at KS3 and KS4.
* Experience leading or coordinating a department preferred.
* A commitment to student-centred outcomes and high expectations for all learners.
