As an Entry Level Customer Renewals Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring seamless renewals. You’ll be: ✔️Managing and processing contract renewals for existing customers. ✔️ Building strong relationships to understand customer needs and timelines. ✔️ Working closely with account managers to support retention strategies. ✔️ Handling renewal documentation and ensuring accurate records. ✔️ Identifying opportunities to improve the renewal experience. ✔️ Communicating regularly with customers via email and phone. ✔️ Helping reduce churn and support long-term customer success.
