This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of learners with additional needs. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, behavioural challenges, and learning difficulties. Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils access learning and achieve their goals. Assist the class teacher with planning, adapting resources, and implementing personalised learning plans (IEPs). Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
