The projects will range across a number of sectors including commercial large scale mixed-use, residential and retail developments. What we’re looking for: Experience in managing mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale UK and International architectural projects, in the commercial mixed-use sector through all aspects of design and development. 5years post-qualification experience, of successfully delivering UK & international mid to large-scale projects. Good working knowledge of Revit and other commonly used design applications. Knowledge of British building regulations. Strong drawing skills alongside good written and spoken communication. Key Responsibilities Design Expertise Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking. Project Delivery. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed design and technical skills. Manage and co-ordinate with consultants on the relevant stages of the project. Team Membership Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback. Client Relationships Respond positively towards clients and consultants. Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required. Budget Control Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
