Overview
Facilities Co-ordinator (Part-time) - 3 days/22.5 hours per week. We’re looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our HSEQ team on a part-time basis (ideally Monday–Wednesday, though we may consider other patterns for the right candidate). This is a varied role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of our offices and facilities, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-managed to allow our Consultants to focus on delivering great work for our clients.
You’ll provide essential support across property and facilities management, ordering and logistics, health and safety checks, and front-facing services to colleagues and visitors. You’ll also play a part in audits, asset management and business continuity planning. The role will be based at our Banbury office, with occasional travel to other sites; a driving licence is preferred. Flexibility is important as there may be times when you’ll need to work additional hours to cover annual leave within the team.
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day running of offices and facilities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency
* Assist with property and facilities management, ordering, and logistics
* Conduct health and safety checks and support front-facing services to colleagues and visitors
* Assist with audits, asset management and business continuity planning
* Occasional travel to other sites as needed
What we’re looking for
You’ll need to bring:
* Proven experience as a senior administrator and/or within a facilities management role
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office applications
* Experience with help desk or service desk systems would be ideal
* Ability to work independently with initiative, as well as part of a team
* Good understanding of health and safety requirements
* A current driving licence
It’s a bonus if you have:
* H&S training or experience (e.g. First Aid, Fire Marshal, accident reporting)
* Experience with quality management systems (policies, procedures, compliance)
* Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
