They are looking to employ a Level 3 Room Leader or an experienced Qualified Nursery Nurse that is looking to take the next step up in their childcare career. The successful candidate will be passionate and dedicated in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 3-5years. Key Responsibilities Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where children feel valued and secure Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children Ensure that the room operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety. Support the monitoring and assessment of children’s progress, using observation and documentation to track development. Work collaboratively with parents and carers, maintaining effective communication and ensuring that any concerns or queries are addressed promptly.
