The Role
This role suits a Software Engineer with strong PHP/Laravel experience who wants more than just tickets and maintenance work.
You’ll be involved in building, improving, and scaling systems - with exposure across different products and the opportunity to take ideas from concept through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain scalable backend applications
* Take features from concept through to production
* Work across multiple live products and systems
* Debug, optimise, and improve existing codebases
* Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
* Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews
Tech Environment
* PHP, Laravel
* Docker, GitLab, CI/CD, monitoring tools
What They’re Looking For
* Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
* Solid understanding of OOP and API development
* Experience working with databases and complex queries
* Ability to write scalable, maintainable code
* Someone proactive who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
Nice to Have
* Exposure to AI/ML-driven products
* Experience with Node.js or Python
* Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks
