In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Team Leader to keep the house running smoothly, supporting staff, promoting safety and wellbeing, and helping create a warm, therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment. Proven ability to relate to and work with young people with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties.
