About The Role
This is a key role to drive the growth of the current business through diverse, but primarily on the ground activities engaging our customer base in both send and receive countries.
The successful candidate will be a highly impactful, product led growth driver who has spent considerable time growing brands with significant marketing budgets.
The role will be responsible for:
* Product Marketing and Customer Feedback
* Product Led Growth
* Customer Feedback and transmission
* Acquisition of new customers.
* Retention of cohorts.
* P&L of the channel in new corridors, including price.
* Brand positioning : both against incumbents but also within the Zepz house of brands
* Build the playbook to make country launches even faster and more successful in future markets.
* Be responsible for adding hundreds of thousands of users
* Set your team up for success by working collaboratively with them to identify, and execute on, the most leveraged growth strategies; creating a learning environment; and tracking and evaluating performance.
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Product led growth track record - Has built highly effective product led growth engines in the past. Activities that employ effective budget spend, yield large ROI through effective use of growth loops embedded in the product, in the communications and in the outreach strategy
* Launch Experience – Will have experience gaining customer trust, and driving growth through guerilla marketing and community facing presence. Drive and ambition to drive the agenda
* Product Marketing Experience – Will have depth of understanding around Product build opportunities and ability to use them to help grow the customer base.
* Customer Feedback Machine - Will be the loudest proponent of the customer inside the company helping drive the outcomes that enable our diverse and global customer base to accomplish their aspirations.
* Culturally suited to Zepz – Will have a strong intellect and high learning agility. Will be suited to working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and change. Will have a good balance of strategic capacity and executional ability. Stylistically will be high energy, positive, passionate, self-starting, high integrity, inquisitive, pragmatic, direct and motivated by the mission.
