Responsibilities
* Support individual and small groups of pupils in class and during targeted interventions
* Assist with planning and delivering personalised learning activities
* Help develop communication, social, and emotional skills
* Foster independence and confidence in every child
* Contribute to detailed observations, assessments, and progress tracking
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support
What We\'re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent experience
* A genuine passion for SEN and understanding of different learning needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to each child\'s unique journey
* Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, or other additional needs is a bonus
