Senior Support Worker — Children’s Residential Child Sexual Exploitation Service
Location: Minsterley, Shropshire
Contract: Full Time

Working Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £30,160 + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus annually (rising to £31,140 after 18 months)

Responsibilities
* Support children and young people to achieve their personal best within a supportive team.
* Provide constant, reliable, high‑quality care to enable positive outcomes.
* Work in a fully equipped setting, actively encourage personal development and safeguard children.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience in child care or related roles; ability to demonstrate integrity, accountability, person‑centred values.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* At least two recent references covering the past two years.
* Credential references for all child‑care related positions and employment history.
