The Role – EYFS Class Teacher • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support early development and spark curiosity. • Create a warm, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe and supported. • Foster early communication, language, literacy, and numeracy through hands-on learning. • Monitor progress and use formative assessment to tailor your teaching to the needs of each child. • Promote children’s personal, social, and emotional development, building confidence and independence. • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to nurture a strong school community. Who We Are Looking For – EYFS Class Teacher • A qualified teacher (UK QTS) with experience in Early Years. • A passionate and reflective practitioner who understands how young children learn best. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and play-based learning strategies, experience with RWI is advantageous. • Skilled in delivering phonics and early intervention techniques. • A team player who contributes positively to the wider school community.
