Due to recent client wins, a leading Pension Consultancy is looking for Senior Pension Administrators to join their team.
You will be responsible for the service provided to a portfolio of pension scheme clients of varying sizes. Your role will include managing all day-to-day activities related to your portfolio and supporting the team with training and development needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
2. Processing member events within deadlines.
3. Peer reviewing and checking work to ensure high quality and compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
4. Communicating with members, trustees, and other third parties.
5. Supporting and sharing knowledge within the team.
6. Attending and presenting at internal and external meetings, including Trustee and/or client meetings.
7. Keeping up to date with changes impacting your portfolio or schemes.
8. Taking responsibility for ad hoc projects.
To qualify for this role, you must be an experienced pensions administrator with relevant experience in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes, including strong manual calculation skills.
