Job Overview

Hours: Full time, Term Time only plus 10 days

If you are a committed and organised administrator with an interest in sport, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience within a leading girls’ independent school.

About The Role

Joining our busy and high-achieving Sports Department, you’ll provide high-level administrative support to both the Junior and Senior Schools, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all sporting activities and playing an essential part in the delivery of a rich and ambitious sports programme.

Reporting to the Director of Sport, you will coordinate the logistics of fixtures and training schedules, communicate key information to parents and staff, and assist with the organisation of events including Sports Day, awards evenings, and scholarship assessments. The role also involves working closely with external coaches, transport providers, and internal teams such as Estates, Marketing, and Admissions.

About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual, confident in their communication and comfortable managing multiple priorities with professionalism, accuracy and discretion.

If you are a team player with strong IT skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and a proactive attitude to working under pressure and to deadlines, we would love to hear from you.
