We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Senior Commissioning Manager, Site & Office based within the Severn Trent Region.
You will report directly to the Operations Director for the Region.
Responsibilities include:
* Resource management within the appointed region
* Engagement with Operations management teams to ensure safe and timely commissioning involvement
* Management of hub leaders overseeing site-based commissioning teams
* Contributing to commissioning plans and proposals
* Managing Process Safety procedures during commissioning on site
* Collaborating with the MWHT engineering team for design for commissioning
* Providing feedback for continuous improvement
* Driving efficiencies and maintaining change control procedures
* Monitoring and reporting performance to foster continuous improvement
* Developing and enhancing commissioning processes and systems
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant degree (electrical, mechanical, or process) or equivalent qualification
* Site experience in commissioning, preferably in the water industry
* Electrical SAP qualification (desirable)
* Previous experience as a commissioning manager in a process industry of similar size
* Experience managing commissioning teams
Additional Requirements:
* Willingness to commute within the Severn Trent region
* Hybrid working: approximately 80% on-site/in-office and 20% remote, depending on role needs
