The Role
This is not a routine admin job.
We’re searching for an energetic all-rounder who can keep a busy HQ running flawlessly and thrive amid the buzz of a scaling entertainment brand.
You’ll combine classic PA support with the freedom to shape how our London office operates — owning logistics, culture moments, and day-to-day flow for the leadership team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leadership Support:
* Complex diary & travel coordination for the CEO and SVP Ops.
* Pre-emptive calendar management, meeting prep and follow-ups.
* Point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders.
* Office Operations:
* Own the London office — from supplier management and stock to keeping our workspace looking and feeling great.
* Liaise with cleaners, contractors and building management; ensure supplies, fruit, drinks, tech and deliveries run like clockwork.
* Culture & Events:
* Organise weekly team lunches, monthly socials, and milestone celebrations.
* Support all-hands meetings, socials and launch events (yes, you’ll play new games first).
* Administration & Projects:
* Manage shared calendars, master contact lists and onboarding materials.
* Run small projects that improve team efficiency or add polish to how we operate.
* Support travel and logistics for visiting US colleagues.
* Ad-hoc brilliance:
* Spot what needs doing before anyone asks.
* Bring ideas to make the office smarter, happier, more efficient.

Who You Are
* A natural organiser with high attention to detail — you notice the small things that make a big difference.
* Tenacious, proactive, and calm under pressure; when priorities shift, you adapt fast.
* Confident communicator — equally at home chatting to the CEO, a supplier, or the courier who’s lost our Diet Coke delivery.
* You take pride in creating order, but don’t need strict rules to operate.
* You love the energy of a scale-up: fast, creative, collaborative, occasionally chaotic — but never boring.
* Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in an EA, PA, or office management role (startup, media, or hospitality background welcome).
