Your responsibilities will span both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks, supporting the day-to-day operations across the venue. Greet and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, ensuring excellent presentation. Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting customer area, including tables, counters, and service points. Provide helpful information about the menu, venue, and events. Assist with basic food preparation and plating under the guidance of the kitchen team. Support dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and general kitchen hygiene. Help with setting up and clearing down service areas before and after shifts. Monitor and restock supplies in both front and back-of-house areas. Rotate stock to maintain freshness and reduce waste. Assist with deliveries, unpacking, and proper storage of goods. Follow daily cleaning routines and hygiene protocols across all areas. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and allergen awareness procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in customer and staff areas. Work closely with kitchen, café, and event teams to ensure smooth service. Support colleagues during busy periods and special events.
