We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a Test and Inspect Engineer with the following qualifications and experience:
1. At least five years of experience working as an electrician
2. Two years in a test and inspection electrician role or equivalent (desirable)
3. Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems and catering equipment (desirable)
4. Good knowledge of health and safety requirements
5. Strong communication skills
6. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) (desirable)
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation)
9. C&G 2391 (Electrical inspection and testing)
10. NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
11. Good health and safety knowledge
12. Excellent organizational and people skills
