Must have full UK driving license\nAbout the Role\nThe Community Resource Worker (CRW) provides support services for children and families from birth up to 18 years, working within legal frameworks, policies, and procedures. The role involves partnership working with other professionals and responding to children and families in crisis to ensure safeguarding needs are met.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nUndertake direct work with children, young people, and families, using appropriate interventions such as family learning, parenting programs, life story work, and group work.\nCo-work assessments of need, devise and implement plans, and review regularly.\nEnsure participation of children and young people in assessments, plans, and reviews.\nSupport and monitor family contact, including transitions between placements.\nMaintain accurate records and prepare reports for meetings and court as required.\nWork collaboratively with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.\nSupport duty cover and on-call duties as needed.\nPromote the service through marketing and community
