They currently seek a multi-skilled (electrical or mechanical bias) Shift Leader to work at a long-held customer site, based close off Oxford Street, London. The site operates on the coveted "days-only" shift pattern, 7am-7pm only, providing the best of both worlds through extensive time off but no overnight shifts. The role will involve taking responsibility for planned and reactive duties across mechanical, electrical and general HVAC / Building Services for the building and managing a shift engineer as well as involvements with the Mon-Friday team's operation. Salary for this position is £48,000 basic salary, on top of which is a shift allowance of £5,000, opportunity for overtime and healthy training budget.
