Learning Support Assistant – Year 4 | DoncasterStart Date: 1st September 2025Location: Doncaster, DN2Daily Rate: £90Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pmContract: Until October half-term (with potential to extend)
Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s life? Reed Education is looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a child in Year 4 who has additional learning needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 support to a child with additional needs, helping them access learning and thrive in the classroom
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored strategies
* Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement
* Adapting learning activities to suit individual needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis
* A warm, patient and proactive approach
* Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum is desirable
* A genuine passion for inclusive education
