Interim Website Manager Venn Group are working with a Kent based Housing Association who are looking to recruit a website manager to assist in their prepare for a regulatory inspection. This role will work across departments to update content in line with policies, brand guidelines, and pre-inspection requirements Role Type: Part-time contract – 2/3 days per week Contract length: 23rd June – 29th August Pay rate: £500 per day via an umbrella company Location: Kent – primarily remote role Contract timeline: End July – website to be updated for areas identified as out of date Mid July – receive feedback from website audit for inspection readiness and draft action plan End of August – website to have been updated for items currently out of date and any actions identified by the website audit of inspection readiness Audit results The audit has rated each site against the following criteria: Red – reviewed over 12 months ago Amber – reviewed over six months ago Green – reviewed in the last six months Based on this initial audit, there are: 13 pages that are RED Nine pages that are AMBER. Responsibilities: Update outdated website content and address actions from the regulatory inspection readiness audit by July 2025 Take responsibility for drafting, editing and coordinating the update of content Liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation Role Requirements: Must have previous experience working in a senior communications role at a housing association Essential to have knowledge of the Housing Regulatory environment and requirements Experience of managing content management processes and systems Skilled in creating stakeholder-specific content aligned with brand guidelines Technical skills or experience required: Extensive experience of developing content for websites Extensive experience working with website content management systems, e.g. Drupal, WordPress, Umbraco, Kentico or equivalent Experience of working in HTML, CSS or JavaScript WCAG 2.2 guidelines Track record of delivering similar projects, evidenced by two referees
