This is not your typical Care Manager role. You will be responsible for:
Establishing and growing a brand-new care service – from recruiting and training the first Care Professionals to building strong community relationships and developing the client base.
Driving growth and quality – ensuring that as the service grows, it meets franchise standards, and our own reputation for excellence.
Building a high-performing team culture – where Care Professionals feel supported, valued, and motivated to deliver outstanding care.
Working closely with the owners - to develop and deliver a strategic plan that ensures the territory becomes the first-choice home care provider in the area.
Qualifications
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector, ideally already operating as a Care Manager or Deputy ready for the next step and is willing to work to becoming a Registered Care Manager as the business grows and develops.
Has the drive, resilience, and commercial awareness to build and grow a new service, hitting business growth targets while maintaining exceptional care standards.
Can inspire and lead a team, balancing operational detail with strategic vision.
Understands compliance and legislation inside out and is confident in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Holds or is willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Has a driving licence and is happy to travel across the local area to meet clients and build relationships.
