Responsibilities
As a Team Leader you will give day‑to‑day support to your team, ensuring they consistently provide great service to everyone who comes to the café. Your main focus will be front‑of‑house, dealing directly with people and serving them food and drink. You will use your eye for detail to make sure displays and signs are accurate and that the food looks good. At times you may help the kitchen team with food preparation. You will supervise the induction and training of colleagues, building a team dedicated to outstanding service.

Hours & Salary
This is a permanent role based on annualised hours: you will work approximately 1,170 hours per year (around 22.5 hours per week over 3 days). Your salary will be paid in 12 equal installments over the year and pro–rated according to the hours worked. The hours may vary each month but will remain within the annual target.
