My client based in the South East are currently on the search for Housing Standards/DFG Officer to join their team for a 3 month period.
The caseload is 70% Disabled Facilities Grant technical work and project management, then the remaining 30% of the workload being Housing Standards focused.
Role Duties:
Investigate into possible housing offenses for breaching HHSRS.
Carry out routine HMO inspections and respond to housing related complaint.
Respond to general housing complaints and service requests.
Conduct initial site surveys and create technical drawings for new DFG projects.
Create schedule of works for DFG projects.
Liaise with Architects and OTs.Additional Information
