Exciting locum opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner specialising in Young Persons Assessments in Stalybridge. Earn £26 per hour with an ongoing contract. This flexible role offers core hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with options such as 8am-6pm for 4 days a week. Part-time arrangements are also available.

What you will do:- Conduct both urgent and routine mental health assessments for young people with moderate to severe needs- Develop and manage care plans in collaboration with the patient and their families- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care- Offer therapeutic interventions tailored to young people's needs- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and care plans
Requirements:- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing- Experience as a Mental Health Nurse- NMC Registration required
