Role: Payroll Project Manager
Workstyle: Predominantly Remote
Location: London
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the re-planning and turnaround of critical payroll projects while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and designing innovative payroll systems. This role requires expertise in managing payroll projects within fast-paced, private equity-backed environments, as well as hands-on experience with ADP Payroll adoption projects. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the re-planning and turnaround of critical payroll projects.
* Ensure all payroll processes comply with relevant regulations.
* Design and implement new payroll systems to enhance efficiency.
* Lead ADP Payroll adoption projects successfully.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* Implement change management strategies to facilitate project success.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in payroll processes.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in managing payroll projects within private equity-backed organizations.
* Extensive experience with ADP Payroll adoption projects.
* Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
* Excellent risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Demonstrated leadership and effective communication ability.
* Experience in change management and resource management.
* Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) are advantageous.
